LEAD is for churches like yours. Vision: LEAD is a network of ministry leaders advancing the Biblical mandate of equipping the church to transform our culture for God's glory.Mission: LEAD resources equipping ministry leaders of the church today as they seek to advance God's kingdom into the future by providing: Education, Training and Encouragement. This networking organization has a membership that covers the western portions of West Virginia, northern VA, Washington, MD and south central PA. In order to be in tune with the current reality of ministry today and to discover how to more effectively meet the needs of churches in our region we are in a time of transition. We are also exploring partnerships with other organizations to serve you in your ministry challenges.
