Who Am I As A Leader?
Developing "balanced" Teams

In the business world it has long been recognized that in successful team building it is crucial for each team member to understand themselves and other team members and for there to be a balance of leadership styles on the team. But it has been difficult to implement that same theory into the staff, leadership boards and every committee/teams of our churches.

That dynamic is finally changing. At long last pastors and their leadership boards are now discovering what a great asset it is to their living out God's call on their lives when each team has a balance of members with different leadership styles. They have also learned that as each team member learns about and understands the various leadership styles of others on the team, they are better able to accept and have a respect for those who have different leadership styles that may seem to conflict with their own. Thus is seen a new vitalization on church teams enabling them to be much more productive.

If your church is one that desires to gain a more team based ministry style, Who Am I As A Leader? is an invaluable tool. It can be used for leadership training for a church staff and leadership boards as well as for any committees/teams at your church.
