The process that we work from is the equipping church model described in Ephesians 4:11-16. The core of this model is that the primary role of leadership is to prepare God?s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up and those serving mature in the faith. This process takes time to develop because it needs to permeate every aspect of your church body. The long term changes that can be expected from this new process include increased congregational spiritual maturity, expanded individual participation in worship and ministry, exploration of new outside ministry opportunities, and more guests who come to experience this excitement they see in the servants that you send out. Recognizing that each body of Christ is unique, the first step we will take is to work with you before initiating services to clearly identify the scope of the project and the level of assistance you will require from us. We will work alongside of your pastors, staff and leadership to help them: We have seen that when developing an equipping ministry process in a church, taking a deliberate approach in which we work closely with the congregation, staff and leadership can result in the entire church embracing the equipping church values and vision making for lasting change. Through this methodology a new culture is born and lives are transformed as people are released into ministry. | |||||||||
