How a visitor is treated at your church will, in large part, determine whether or not they come again. One way a church can encourage visitors to return is to treat them as guests. This can be done by giving each person who comes through your doors the red carpet treatment, realizing that there should be little difference between inviting guests into your home and inviting them into your church. Throughout this workshop, we will help you to address many questions, among them being... Just how friendly is your church? Who is responsible for hospitality? Is there a central location dedicated to welcoming guests and answering their questions? Are your restrooms, childcare facilities, hospitality center, signage and sanctuary up to par? We help you to decide... "Is good enough really good enough" to compete for the time, minds, hearts and souls of your neighbors? In presenting this lively and informative workshop, we use comedy, role-playing, costume changes, and more to enliven a specially tailored presentation that will unlock the hospitality potential of your church.
